Fresh and fruity, the Ice Flow cuvée is intensified with an amazing combination of spices. For a moment of warm tasting.
60 cl apple juice
8 slices of ginger
8 slices of untreated orange
4 slices of apple
2 sticks of cinnamon
Star anise
Crémant de Bourgogne Sainchargny Ice Flow
Place the apple juice in a saucepan over low heat.
Add ginger, orange and spices to the boil.
Heat everything in a saucepan for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool for 1 hour.
Pour into a highball glass or cocktail mug.
Leave in the spices for more intensity.
Thin with the Crémant de Bourgogne.
