Summer salad with duck confit, strawberries, radish and feta

A lovely summer salad that combines freshness and delicacy offered by Maison Lafitte

Ingredients ( for 4 persons) :

2 legs of duck confit from  Maison LAFITTE
250 g strawberries
a few radishes
200 g of young shoots, well washed
200g feta
the juice of a lemon
5 tbsp. olive oil salt, ground pepper

 

PREPARATION:
Rinse the salad and arrange it in individual bowls or in a salad bowl.
Place the 2 duck confit legs in a frying pan to heat gently then shred them.
Cut the strawberries into quarters and the radishes into rounds.
Cut the feta into small pieces.
Add everything to the salad.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.
