Madame Mustache is her, Alexine Vaillant. Her adventure, made of delicacies and china, began in 2018. She then opened a tea room, offering a small restaurant but also a bit of flea market. Its success was such that the premises quickly became too cramped and it was necessary to move. The current location on the Ferté-Bernard mall is perfect.

Just the decor of the small terrace invites you to let yourself be tempted, to sit down for a coffee, a lunch, a snack... Everything is made up of odds and ends, but arranged with love to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. But be careful, it may happen that Alexine comes to kindly ask you to release your chair that she has just… sold!

Because in addition to being a tea room, Madame Mustache is also a flea market. Everything is for sale, the furniture (apart from the kitchen, obviously!), the crockery, the decorative objects. “Many people come to hunt to furnish their second home,” says Alexine. It is certain that this gives more character than standardized furniture. A small second-hand store completes the flea market offering.

70% of Madame Mustache's customers are women. At midday, they enjoy a quick but tasty and balanced lunch before returning to the office.

In the afternoon, it’s more about snack time with friends, grandmas with grandkids. Everything is also to take away and the team around Alexine also offers whole cakes.

As everything is homemade by its small team of enthusiasts, it is more than prudent to reserve your dish the day before. Every two weeks, Alexine composes a new menu with seasonal products to which she adds know-how, simplicity, freshness, optimism and joie de vivre.
