Dark garnet red with violet reflections
Nose :
Very expressive with aromas of ripe black fruits, spices and violets, supported by a well-melted woodiness.
Stuffy :
Fresh and light attack, well supported by velvety tannins. Great aromatic depth with notes of black fruit, cherries and plums from Ente, while retaining an amazing freshness in the mouth. The finish is long, fruity and elegantly wooded.
Agreements:
Poultry stuffed with wild mushrooms, lamb , a truffled Brillat-Savarin, a chocolate dessert.
