The Fitou appellation is the oldest in Languedoc (since 1948). The vineyard of the Maîtres vignerons de Cascastel is located in the Haut-Fitou and is managed in sustainable agriculture, the harvest is done by hand. The Carignan gives its structure to the wine, the Grenache brings roundness, the Syrah fruitiness and freshness.
The association of Master Winegrowers of Cascastel has existed since 1921. All the winegrowers adhere to the internal REVE approach, respect for human beings, the vine and the environment.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
