Grenache (50%), syrah (365%), carignan (15%)
Eye :
Sustained and shiny garnet.
Nose :
Expressive, fruity (sour cherries, blackcurrant, blackberry), roasted and spicy notes.
Mouth :
Full and delicious, fruity (morello cherry and red fruits), spices, soft and silky tannins; good persistence.
Wine pairing :
Grilled red meats, flank steak with shallot, fillet of beef, roasts with Mediterranean herbs, fillet of red mullet with red wine lees sauce.
The domain of Odylée. is a place of life in the heart of the Rhône Valley, in Violès, on the edge of the Plan de Dieu plain, protected facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and the famous Mont Ventoux. Created in 2015 by Odile Couvert, it includes 15 hectares of vines planted in the Côtes du Rhône appellation. The vineyard is in conversion to organic farming. The estate also offers very beautiful guest houses.
