The Fronton appellation is nestled between Tarn & Garonne, its terroir is closely linked to these two rivers. If the oceanic influences are the majority here, the Autan wind coming from the East is still sensitive. In fact, the summers are quite dry and hot but the oceanic entrances ensure regular rainfall and therefore optimal maturity. Negrette is the main grape variety of PDO.
With other lovers of wines from the South-West, Lionel Osmin founded a quality trading house to share their passion, to discover the unique grape varieties and terroirs of this region From Jurançon to Cahors, from Gaillac to Bergerac via Marcillac , Lionel Osmin et Cie becomes the only transversal signature of wines from the South-West, these vineyards whose secrets have not been brought to light.
It is also a house very committed to the environment: practice of sustainable viticulture, objective "zero residue" in wines and soils, participation in the reforestation of the Landes forest. https://www.osmin.fr
