This white Cairanne cuvée means to honor the grand-father André Brusset, the Papet. A real "diamond" from the estate which mainly produces red wines (90%). It was Papet who founded the family estate in 1947 and was happy to pass on his passion and know-how to his son Daniel and his grandson Laurent.
The estate is located in the heart of the southern Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards, in Cairanne. The 70 ha of their vineyards extend over five famous appellations: Gigondas, Cairanne, Rasteau, Côtes-du-Rhône and Ventoux.
The grape varieties for the reds and rosés: grenache, syrah, mourvèdre, cinsault and carignan.
The grape varieties for the whites: Grenache Blanche, Viognier, Roussanne and Clairette.
The famous Papet method for this white wine cuvée? You have to ask them the question.
