The Langlois-Château house specializes in the production of fine sparkling wines and Crémants de Loire. It operates 95 hectares of vines in several AOCs in the Loire Valley (Saumur, Saumur Champigny, Sancerre).
The entire vineyard is certified Terra Vitis, 30 hectares have been labeled organic since 2020.
In 1973, the house joined the Bollinger family group.
