Romain Aubriot, cellar master: “A very expressive and delicate nose in which we find the power of pinot noir on small red and yellow fruits, all on a harmonious freshness brought by the chardonnay. The ample and unctuous mouth responds to the richness of the nose. This cuvée is intended to be consumed on all occasions and will suit oenophiles. ".

The Maison de Vignerons Chassenay d'Arce was founded by 5 pioneers in 1956 in Ville-sur-Arce, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Today, 130 families work together on a 315-hectare vineyard spread over 12 villages along the Arce river, in the south of Champagne, near Burgundy. If the dominant grape variety is pinot noir, the winegrowers also cultivate chardonnay, pinot meunier and, more rarely, pinot blanc. A diversity that allows them to offer cuvées with very varied personalities.
