Eyes :
Pale yellow, shiny dress, green highlights and fine bubbles.
Nose :
Fresh, lovely bouquet of aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits like peach, and citrus fruits. The wine then opens with notes of hazelnut. It is powerful and balanced.
Mouth :
Frank and lively attack, pleasant, fine and persistent bubble. Powerful and balanced, fine toasted notes.

Maison Wessman, created in 2016, is located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre. It draws inspiration from the region's thousand-year-old heritage while exploring other rich, sometimes underestimated terroirs such as Bergerac and Limoux. Château de Saint-Cernin, its thousand-year-old property and building steeped in history, aims to be a fusion of tradition and modernity, a place for exchanges, wine meetings and tastings.
