With Amérisse, the Maison sought to revive the bitter French aperitifs of the 19th century, where fruits and herbs were balanced in simple, time-honored recipes. The Amérisse family was born from this desire to restore a French soul to the aperitif, one that is both artisanal and modern.

Following Amérisse Cassis, Amérisse Orange Amère was born: a bitter with a characteristic color, both fresh and balanced. More immediate and approachable, it remains true to the house's artisanal standards and lends itself equally well to Spritzes and long drinks.
