This wine comes from a selection of 10 hectares located on a clay-limestone plateau in the commune of Chardonnay, the birthplace of the grape variety. The lieu-dit Les Béluses was chosen for its organoleptic qualities, which produce a structured wine with strong aromatic potential.

The distinct climate of the plateau, combined with vinification in temperature-controlled tanks followed by aging on fine lees, gives this wine a vibrant and unique structure.
