60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot

Deep and intense red.

Bouquet of fresh red and black fruits.

Palate:
Power and finesse combine throughout the tasting. The fruit aromas from the nose are echoed on the palate, accompanied by supple tannins.

White meat, red meat, game, vegan dishes, cheeses

The 2022 vintage will be remembered by all. The exceptionally mild winter led to very early budbreak. Frosts were avoided during the cool nights of April. Flowering began around May 15th in ideal weather conditions; however, the end of the flowering period was marked by violent storms. This final rainy spell gave way to a very hot and dry summer. Drought was the most worrying aspect of this vintage. Only rain in August helped the vines complete veraison. The harvest volume was reduced due to the lack of water, but the quality was remarkable.
