Since 2012, Nicolas Grosbois and Philippe Mesnier have been running the Domaine des Hauts Baigneux, an organic vineyard in Azay-le-Rideau, located in the villages of Cheillé, Saché, and Vallères. The Touraine Azay-le-Rideau AOC is "a place of charm." Nicolas and Philippe recognized the great potential of this appellation. This vision required a great deal of work, starting with the soils, followed by new plantings with the aim of fully exploiting the growth potential. These plots, spread across three different villages, allow us to produce the appellation's two colors: Touraine white, rosé, and red, in addition to our naturally sparkling white and rosé wines.
