The Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé showcases the house's expertise in crafting sparkling wines using the Traditional Method. The grapes are hand-harvested and then gently pressed to preserve the purity of the fruit. A low-temperature fermentation retains the full aromatic expression, while a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by aging for at least 18 months in tuffeau cellars, brings finesse and persistence to the effervescence.
