Languedoc Rosé – AOP Languedoc 2025

"Drawing on my Burgundian family heritage, I create my Languedoc wines with a focus on freshness and precision. Originating from terroirs with strong personalities, they reveal their place of origin and express themselves in perfect balance between Mediterranean generosity and subtle elegance. My aspiration is towards virtuous viticulture and practices, particularly promoting biodiversity, living soils, and lighter bottles." Jeanne Delaunay

This Languedoc Rosé, a blend of Grenache and Syrah, draws its balance and freshness from terroirs meticulously selected for their unique character. On the foothills of the Montagne Noire, the terraced vines are deeply rooted in very stony, clay-limestone soils, imparting minerality and elegance. In the Aude region, the vineyards on the lower slopes, with their poor and low-yielding soils, promote depth and aromatic intensity. A blend designed to reveal all the elegance and complexity of the Languedoc terroirs.
