Located in the heart of the Southwest vineyards, UBY offers fresh and flavorful wines characteristic of Côtes de Gascogne, combining accessibility, quality, and respect for their unique character. The estate's origins date back to 1920 with the arrival in the Gers region of Louis and Jean-François Morel, two sons of Swiss winegrowers. In 1956, Jean-François purchased the Uby estate, 100 hectares of mixed farming, including 12 hectares of vines.
His son developed the business by creating a "winery." This participatory system brings together partner winegrowers who supply grapes, adhering to a strict and shared set of specifications—the true cornerstone of recognized expertise and quality.
