Négrette is a rare grape variety, still cultivated in Fronton since the 13th century. It produces fine and aromatic wines.

Château Baudare is located in the northern part of the Fronton appellation, founded in 1882 by Jean Vigouroux. David represents the fifth generation to continue the production. His daughter Lucie, an oenologist and agricultural engineer, has joined the family estate, one of the largest in the Fronton region.
