Houlala – 2025 VDF Light Red

Zelia – Organic 2025

Fresh and elegant rosé wine made from organic vines located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level.

Grande Réserve Blanc, AOC Cairanne

These wines come from a vineyard located in the commune of Cairanne (in the Vaucluse department, on the left bank of the Rhône), facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. The vines are planted on stony, clay-limestone slopes, with excellent sun exposure.

Les Hautains BIO – AOC Madiran

Located 40km south of Pau, the Madiran vineyards thrive on steep slopes and benefit from a unique microclimate. Delicate grape varieties like Tannat are harvested by hand, then carefully macerated and fermented to preserve their aromatic intensity.

Les Hautains BIO – AOC Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh

Cultivated organically since 2010 on an 18-hectare plot managed by six winegrowing families, this Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh takes root in soils that promote the natural concentration of the dried grapes. Harvested by hand, they are vinified and aged in barrels to reveal the full richness of the Manseng grapes.

Cépages d'Auteurs white– AOC Saint Mont

Cépages d'Auteurs expresses itself also in white wines around Petit Courbu, an ancient grape variety from the Pyrenean foothills. Placed at the heart of the blend with Gros Manseng, it is vinified in demi-muids and then aged in foudres to reveal its full balance and elegance.

Cépages d'Auteurs – AOC Saint Mont

This cuvée offers an elegant and contemporary interpretation of Saint Mont red. The Tannat grapes are harvested at full maturity in late September, the Tardif grapes in early October. Vinification favors gentle maceration by infusion to preserve the fruit and the finesse of the tannins.

Oceanide – AOC Saint Mont

Océanide blossoms into a rosé in the heart of Saint Mont, revealing the expression of the indigenous Tannat, Pinenc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. Sourced from selected plots on clay and tawny sands, it is pressed early in the morning and then aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and roundness.
